We offer “The First 75 Days” training and coaching system that is designed to teach new managers to adjust to their new roles and create the most effective relationships with their subordinates and peers. The First 75 Days is structured to accommodate to individual or many upcoming and newly appointed managers. We offer techniques and tools that are universal and adaptable in different cultures for a manager to successfully transition to his/her new role.
