Optimizing RFQ Process
Our approach to optimizing RFQ process has successfully reduced quoting time up to 75% and increased accuracy of quotes by 35%. In several cases where RFQ took 1-2 weeks, our clients have generated RFQ in less than 72 hours even for complex engineered products. This has been possible by employing lean office principles to effectively align procurement, engineering, and sales.

Lean Accounting
